We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Standard Shipping
R150 nationwide (7–14 business days)

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Courier Responsibility After Dispatch
Once your order has been collected and scanned by our courier partner, delivery is handled by the courier service. While we will gladly assist with tracking updates and support, delays, failed delivery attempts, or delivery issues caused by the courier are subject to the courier’s investigation process and terms.

Lost or Non-Delivered Parcels
If a parcel is marked as lost, undelivered, or cannot be located after dispatch, we will open a case with the courier partner and work toward a resolution. Any refund, replacement, or claim outcome will depend on the courier’s investigation and the applicable consumer laws.

Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or address changes after dispatch.
